All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product, physical or digital. No exceptions.

Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS or UPS on Wednesdays. Orders received on a Wednesday will be shipped the following Wednesday. A tracking number will be provided to you via email. XOXSEW is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

XOXSEW is a one-person operation. Due to the complexities of shipping and handling, shipping is limited to US mailing addresses only.

Paper Patterns

Booklets are professionally printed and are inspected prior to packaging. Any slight print imperfections are carefully evaluated beforehand to ensure it does not affect the readability of the instructions.

Handmade Quilted Items

Our quilted goods are handmade and therefore, slight imperfections are inevitable. Items are never perfectly squared up nor are the stitches flawlessly straight.

However, please note the natural beauty of imperfection does not affect the functionality of the quilt. Considerable item defects will be noted on the product description.

All items are made in a smoke-free household.
